Mount Hermon Way
Mount Hermon Way is a residential street lined with historic homes, gently winding toward and surrounding Fireman’s Park. Mount Hermon Way is named for the biblical Mount Hermon, a mountain frequently mentioned in Scripture as an important northern landmark and a place associated with spiritual significance. In keeping with Ocean Grove’s Methodist and Bible-inspired street naming tradition, the street commemorates this well-known biblical location. Today, it remains notable for its well-preserved architecture and quiet, tree-lined sidewalks, the avenue reflects the neighborhood’s long-standing community character.
