We invite you to meet some of the incredible women who made Ocean Grove their home in the late 19th century. Forty years before women had the right to vote, female temperance leaders, evangelists, hotel owners, physicians, retail managers, journalists and suffrage organizers were drawn to this town where they were able to pursue their vocation.

Historian Dell O’Hara will lead the tour as reenactors portray these remarkable women.
